Hey guys- long time no see! I've been busy at my internship, and this is my first free weekend in a while so I'm celebrating by doing some personal stuff.
This is an illustration of the lovers from the Decemberists's ('s's's?!) album "the Hazards of Love." I've been a hardcore Decemberists devotee for a long time now, but I had never listened to this album because you rarely encounter the songs on their own, and for good reason! I've been listening to nothing else for the last week and I am overwhelmed with awesome.
So I would say this goes with the track "interlude" *sigh*
I'd love to do a series of paintings for this album- maybe when have more time back at school.
